- Q: How do I add more postage to the PostLink™ when it runs-out?
- A: Postage is easily added over a standard telephone line. You can elect to use Smartfunds™, which coveniently deducts postage costs from an authorized bank account, or you can simply mail-in a check ahead of time. Easy-to-follow instructions are included in the PostLink™ operating manual, which ships with your PostLink™ meter.
- Q: What happens when the Post Office changes postal rates?
- A: The PostLink™ can store several preloaded rates in memory. Hasler notifies PostLink™ Meter users of upcoming USPS rate changes. Rates are date-coded and are automatically updated in the PostLink™ processor to prevent against use of expired rate schedules. When a rate change takes place, the user is prompted for a new authorization number in the Power Up window. This number will be provided with the new rates (software) and will only be required to be entered once.
- Q: What happens when I run out of postage labels?
- A: You can order blank labels for your PostLink™ before it runs-out. These labels are designed specifically for your PostLink™ Mailing System and are available from your Authorized Hasler dealer, directly from Hasler, or from the order section of this Web site.
